D.C. Democrats go to the polls to pick their candidate for mayor in the primary election less than nine months away, but Mayor Muriel Bowser still hasn’t announced whether she’ll run for a fourth term.

Earlier this year, the mayor indicated she would announce by June whether she’ll seek a fourth term, but June was three months ago, and Bowser still hasn’t said publicly what her plans are. When asked about it by reporters, she says that during these tumultuous times D.C. faces, it’s not the time to talk about her political future.
