During his bases-loaded at-bat tonight against the Washington Nationals in the bottom of the third inning, Atlanta Braves second baseman Ozzie Albies left the game with a 2-1 count with an apparent wrist issue.

After taking a swing, he had discomfort on the follow-through. After being evaluated on the field, he left the game. Nick Allen replace him and struck-out (although that went against Albies). Allen remained in the game at second base.

After missing last season with a wrist injury, Albies had played in every game this season. He struggled until after the All-Star break, but had been productive since late July. He and Braves first baseman Matt Olson had played in every game this season.

For the season, Albies has only a .671 OPS but had slugged 16 home runs and stole 14 bases. Ten
