Five-plus years after the pandemic broke out, most have moved past the days of wearing masks and taking other precautions.

But those attending an Inland Empire event wanted to ensure that those who died of COVID-19 are never forgotten.

That’s why dozens of people gathered Saturday morning, Sept. 20, at the Galway Downs equestrian center near Temecula for the COVID Remembrance Walk.
