SANTA FE, N.M. —
A Santa Fe man was arrested after a parked vehicle was crashed into over the weekend.
Police responded to the two vehicle crash around 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 20. This led police to talk with the driver Joshua Topp, 24, on Calle Princesa Juana.

Field sobriety tests were done and led to Topp being arrested for allegedly driving intoxicated. Topp told officers he had not consumed alcohol and was taking medication that was prescribed.
The Santa Fe Police Department also said Topp refused a blood draw for testing. The damage from the crash was described as minor.
He was arrested and charged with DWI, careless driving and not having proof of registration.
Topp was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention
