YUMA, AZ (AZFamily) — The Yuma community is demanding answers after a petition surfaced online calling for transparency in an investigation into a road rage incident that left one brother dead and another facing serious charges.

The family of the victims is now asking why the second driver involved has not been arrested or charged. Investigators with the Yuma Police Department say the investigation is ongoing.

Joseph Figueroa said there are inconsistencies in the case involving his two sons, who were in one of the cars during the confrontation. The incident escalated when both vehicles pulled into a Starbucks parking lot .
