Fairgoers, mark your calendars for next spring.

The Los Angeles County Fair announced on Monday the dates for next year’s festivities.

From May 7 to 31, attendees will be able to nosh on daring concoctions, see animals at the petting zoo and brave the rides at the Fairplex in Pomona. Next year’s theme will be “Play Your Way,” which celebrates how Southern Californians have fun.

The fair will be open Thursdays through Sundays during its run. Further details on next year’s fair, such as vendors and exact food stalls’ participation, have yet to be revealed.
