Operation Folsom Blues 3.0, a coordinated narcotics-enforcement mission, uncovered methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, illegal guns, and several people involved in its possession or distribution, according to the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office. It was executed from Sept. 18-19 by ECSO and the district attorney's office. The operation was set up on the West Slope and in the South Lake Tahoe Basin.
