PROVO, Utah — All southbound lanes of Interstate 15 in Provo were closed late Monday night.

The Utah Department of Transportation reported the closure after a "multi-vehicle crash" around 9:30 p.m. No further details about the incident were immediately available.

The lanes were reopened by about 10 p.m., although the traffic backup was still significant as the vehicles began to trickle through.
