A Richmond Heights man, 40, was arrested for theft and trespassing at Marc’s Sept. 17 after he concealed 44 bottles of soap and body washes inside a suitcase.

He said the items were for his dog.

The man had been given a trespass notice from the store in 2024.

A resident of the Drake apartments said Sept. 11 that a package had been stolen after it was left by Amazon in a vestibule instead of in a package room.

Surveillance video showed a man taking the package. He was later identified when he came to the leasing office Sept. 16 to pay rent to avoid an eviction.
