It was another efficient outing for Jared Goff, who comfortably leads the league in completion rate (77.9%) through the season's first three weeks (minimum 50 pass attempts); New England's Drake Maye (72.6%) is second. Goff was clinical and poised, completing passes to move the chains in pivotal situation after pivotal situation. He was particularly dialed in on third down, where he went 8-for-11 for 73 yards and a touchdown. After a third-down incompletion in the first quarter, Goff responded by completing a fourth-down throw to Amon-Ra St. Brown, who shook free from Baltimore's coverage and set the Lions up to score their first touchdown two plays later.
