A playoff-clinching party at Yankee Stadium could happen very soon.

After taking three of four games at Baltimore this past weekend, the Yankees could clinch a postseason berth as early as Tuesday night in the Bronx.

Currently, the Yanks (88-68) have a three-game lead on Boston for the top AL wild card spot - affording home field advantage in a best-of-three wild card series - with six games to play.

Plus, the Yankees' have an easy remaining schedule, with three games vs. the White Sox (58-98) and three games vs. the Orioles (73-83), all at Yankee Stadium.
