LINCOLN HEIGHTS, Ohio —
A motion calling for the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office to review all evidence from the Feb. 7 neo-Nazi demonstrations in Lincoln Heights will have to wait.
Multiple agencies — including Evendale Police , the Hamilton County Prosecutor , and a third-party police consulting group — have already investigated the demonstration. None found probable cause to make arrests. Seven months after the incident, leaders in Lincoln Heights remain dissatisfied with those findings and believe evidence may have been overlooked.

That's why council member Daronce Daniels introduced a motion that would have directed the village manager to ask the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office to review all evidence from that night.
