Aldi customers have been buzzing with excitement as the supermarket chain starts decking its aisles with festive goodies. And, one pair of tasty snacks has caught the attention of some shoppers who thought they could pass as something from a luxury store. A new food range featuring freeze-dried fruit coated in smooth chocolate has earned an immediate fan base for its 'delicious' and 'moreish' qualities.

Aldi has two versions available, each worth £2.99. Shoppers can pick from milk chocolate-covered strawberries or raspberries that have both milk and white chocolate layers. They come in handy pouches, making them easy to snack on, store away or add into Christmas gift hampers .
