MADISON, Wis. -- Emmy and James Beard Award-winning chef and television host Andrew Zimmern will headline The Wisconsin Cheese Ball: A Night in Lights , the signature event of The Wisconsin Art of Cheese Festival, Sept. 26 at The Sylvee in Madison.

The event runs from 7:30 to 11 p.m. on Friday and promises a celebration of artisanship, culture and culinary creativity. Zimmern, a four-time James Beard Award winner known for his culinary storytelling and global palate, will guide guests through a night of curated flavors, featuring Wisconsin cheesemakers, live entertainment and immersive experiences.

The evening will open with a performance by DJ Shawna, official DJ of the Milwaukee Bucks, and close with a headline set by The Pork Tornadoes, a Midwest band recognized for high-energy show
