CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Browns comeback win against the Super Bowl contending Packers Sunday was preceded by another comeback win with ODOT issuing a building permit for the team’s new enclosed stadium complex in Brook Park.

Sunday marked the 40th Anniversary of the ‘Dawg Pound’ with founding defensive backs Hanford Dixon and Frank Minnifield at the game for the honors.

Could also have been the ‘Kardiac Kids’ commemoration called ‘Kardiac Kicks’ with the Browns comeback victory in the closing seconds of the game. With just 3 seconds on the clock Andre Szmt kicked a 55-yard field goal for the Browns to win 13-10.

All 13 of the Browns points were scored in the final 3:38 minutes of the game.
