Zion Williamson is entering the 2025-26 season with new hope for himself and the New Orleans Pelicans. Though major injuries have marked his career, the former 1st overall pick appears focused and healthy. With his high-impact play (when available), Zion’s availability will be the most important factor in the Pelicans’ ability to compete at a level worthy of reaching the playoffs this season.

The 2024-25 season was filled with unfortunate timing for New Orleans.
