Richland Library held a reception this past Friday to celebrate the opening of its latest gallery installation, Art of Being: Visible.
This is the third edition of the Art of Being series, and it highlights identity, resilience, and the universal human need for recognition and belonging. This year’s installation features the work of 16 poets and visual artists. Through painting, sculpture, and multimedia, the artists explore themes of love, life, and self-expression while challenging societal norms. The exhibition includes work by Alejandro Garcia Lemos, Allyson Nied, Andre Griffin, Elizabeth Houck-Zozaya, Evelyn Berry, Shabnam Miri, and more.
