ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Stand-up comedian Sam Morril is bringing his sharp wit and brand-new "Errors Tour" to Comedy at the Carlson this weekend in Rochester.
Known for his dry delivery and clever punchlines, Morril has built a loyal following through his specials, late-night appearances, and sold-out tours across the country.
Ahead of his stop in the Flower City, Morril sat down with News 8's Gio Battaglia to talk about Rochester crowds, the origins of his tour’s tongue-in-cheek title, and why he thinks comedy specials might be on their way out.
Gio Battaglia: Thanks so much for taking the time to talk with me this morning. We’re excited for your Rochester stop. Have you performed here before?
Sam Morril: Oh, me too. Yeah, many times.
Gio Battaglia: What keeps you coming back?
