Glen Casada, once one of the most influential men in Tennessee politics, could soon find himself behind bars.
Casada, 66, was sentenced to three years in prison at the Fred Thompson U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building on Sept. 23. He was also sentenced to one year of supervised release and ordered to pay a $30,000 fine. U.S. District Judge Eli Richardson determined the sentence after arguments by prosecutors and defense attorneys.
