John Boyega isn’t holding back when it comes to his thoughts on how the “ Star Wars ” sequel trilogy could have been handled differently.

Speaking at Florida Supercon 2025 in Miami Beach, the actor – Boyega, who played former Stormtrooper Finn across “The Force Awakens,” “The Last Jedi” and “The Rise of Skywalker” – offered a candid take on what he would have done if he had been a producer on the films from the beginning.
