Texas Woman's University has announced a new center that will serve industry leaders, help faculty and staff teach skills employers need and send students across the commencement stage and into satisfying careers.

The college has launched the Center for Leadership Research and Workforce Development through the Jane Nelson Institute for Women's Leadership. The university is calling the center a "dual-mission initiative" that means to transform how essential career skills are taught while positioning TWU as the national leader in research on women's leadership.
