Pacers matriarch Nancy Leonard, Slick Leonard's widow, has died

Nancy Leonard, widow of Pacers Hall of Fame coach Bobby "Slick" Leonard and one of the most influential people in franchise history, has died at 93.

Nancy served as Pacers de facto GM in the 1970s and organized the 1977 telethon that kept the Pacers in Indianapolis.

Nancy was a fixture courtside at Pacers games into the 2024-25 season.
