Metro Railway Kolkata has revealed an extensive service plan for Durga Puja 2025 , ensuring seamless travel for pandal hoppers across the city. Special night-long operations have been announced on the Blue Line and Green Line during Saptami, Ashtami, and Nvami, with trains running in the early morning hours. Additional services will also be available on the Yellow and Purple lines, making travel convenient during the festive rush, as per official notification by Metro Railway, Kolkata.

Extended services on Blue and Green Lines

On Panchami (September 27), Blue Line commuters can use 262 services, whereas on Sasthi (September 28), 246 trains will operate between 9 am and 11 pm. The highlight, however, comes on Saptami, Ashtami, and Navami (September 29 to October 1), when 246 services
