A landmark Aberdeen office building has been put on the market for £18.5million.

Upper Denburn House, located within Prime Four Business Park in the Granite City, has gone up for sale with MWM Property Consultants after they were appointed by CBRE.

The huge office building is 63,425 sq ft, was recently refurbished and includes 198 dedicated car parking space. The property is fully leased to Harbour Energy to have a contract at the building until July 2034.

The building was constructed in 2014 as a headquarters facility and has been refurbished to increase its capacity to accommodate around 600 staff within Upper Denburn House alone.
