A Monroe woman has been charged with animal cruelty after 84 animals were seized at a residence in the Town of Warwick.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office said Linda Hickey, 62, of Monroe, was charged under two sections of the state's Agriculture and Markets Law, for animal cruelty and failure to provide proper sustenance.
