According to the FBI, preliminary evidence suggests that the shell casings recovered near the body of the sniper responsible for the deadly shooting in Dallas on Wednesday morning had anti-ICE messages on them. Details are limited at this time, but reports are saying that three ICE detainees were shot. No law enforcement members were injured.
