Ross County have made another move to re-sign Trevor Carson from Dundee.
The Championship side has had a loan offer accepted by the Dark Blues.
County boss Tony Docherty has returned to his former club to try and land his ex-keeper.
Docherty wants to bring in the Northern Ireland international to compete with the No. 1 spot with Ross Laidlaw.
Dundee actually accepted a loan offer from County of Carson during the transfer window.
It was under former boss Don Cowie but the keeper knocked back the move, at that point.
Docherty is hoping his relationship with him can convince him to make the move to the Highlands at the second time of asking.
