A speeding driver crashed into a truck parked at a gas station in Nebraska, nearly smashing into a man cleaning his car's windshield.

A Nebraska man narrowly escaped disaster when a speeding car slammed into a gas station where he was filling up.

CCTV footage released by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office showed Brady Johnson squeegeeing his truck when a red sedan barreled out of control across the sidewalk, destroyed a pole and headed straight for him.

Johnson miraculously got away in the nick of time, suffering only a minor leg injury. His truck was also damaged in the crash, authorities said.

The driver of the car was taken to Great Plains Health with minor injuries. He faces multiple citations, including reckless driving — for traveling at least 65 mph in a 40 mph zone — driving without a license, no proof of insurance and expired registration, according to the sheriff’s office.
