New Delhi: Indian management is yet to find success in fitting Sanju Samson in the middle order, as in the clash between India and Bangladesh, Samson was named in the no. 8 position and didn’t come to bat in the first innings at the Dubai International Stadium on Wednesday, September 24.

The most interesting part of this story was yesterday, India’s assistant coach Ryan Ten Doeschate assured that management is backing Samson at the no. 5 spot. But after a day, Samson was demoted to the no. 8 position against Bangladesh. All-rounders Shivam Dube and Axar Patel have been sent up in the order rather than Samson.
