The Seahawks signed safety D'Anthony Bell off of their practice squad on Wednesday, adding him to the 53-man roster ahead of Thursday night's game in Arizona.

Fullback Robbie Ouzts was placed on injured reserve, the result of an ankle injury suffered in Seattle's Week 3 win over New Orleans.

Additionally, the Seahawks signed safety Jerrick Reed II to the practice squad a day after waiving him.

Bell, who signed as a free agent this offseason, was elevated off the practice squad for each of the past two games, playing as the third safety in big nickel packages and also playing a big role on special teams. In Sunday's win over the Saints, Bell blocked a punt to set up a Seahawks touchdown.
