New York Giants quarterback Russell Wilson said he's "not done" after being benched for rookie Jaxson Dart this week.

"For me personally, I'm not done. I've got so much belief in myself and I know what I'm capable of. I know I can help this football team if that comes up," Wilson told reporters on Wednesday (September 24) via SNY .

Wilson, 36, who went winless as a starter in the Giants' first three games, will serve as the backup to Dart, 22, in Sunday's (September 28) game against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 4.

Dart, 22, was selected by the Giants at No. 25 overall in the 2025 NFL Draft. The former Ole Miss standout threw for 4,279 yards, 29 touchdowns and six interceptions on 276 of 398 passing, while also recording 495 yards and three touchdowns on 124 rushing atte
