Michaels, the well-known arts and crafts retailer, has announced a new initiative to revive the Joanne’s brand, its former competitor. Michaels will be incorporating a knit and sew shop section within its stores under the Joanne’s name.

Joanne’s signage will soon appear in multiple locations across the United States and Canada. Michaels acquired Joanne’s intellectual property earlier this year, marking the company’s first-ever store within a store venture.

In addition to the in-store sections, the entire Joanne’s selection will also be available online.
