KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy’s practice participation received an upgrade Wednesday.

Worthy, who missed games in Weeks 2 and 3 against the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants due to a shoulder injury, was listed as a full participant for the first time since exiting Kansas City’s Week 1 game with a dislocated shoulder.

The speedy former first-round pick practiced as a limited participant during each of the past two weeks. His full participant status indicates a positive development toward his chances to play Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.
