PACIFIC, Wash. — The three northbound lanes of state Route 167 have been reduced to one lane near milepost 11 “until further notice” after a vehicle struck supports under a bridge on Sept. 23.

Surveillance video obtained by KING 5 shows a commercial vehicle driving beneath the bridge with tall equipment. Shortly afterward, the equipment hits the bridge’s supports, causing a partial collapse.

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) reduced traffic from three lanes to one early Wednesday. A WSDOT spokesperson said officials are still assessing the extent of the damage.
