A two-car crash in Valley Glen sent one vehicle into a building and left a person trapped.

The crash was reported just before 2 p.m. in the 13700 block of Victory Boulevard, the Los Angeles Fire Department said in a news alert.

One of the vehicles went into a nearby storefront, which appears to be a tax professional's office.

Additionally, a man had his leg trapped under a car, though he was "safely and quickly extricated," fire officials said. His condition is unknown.

"LA Department of Building and Safety is responding to provide an evaluation and determination of occupancy for the structure," officials said.
