TD Bank has quietly moved its N.J. headquarters. Here’s what we know.

The TD Bank headquarters has moved from a well-known pyramid-shaped building in Cherry Hill to more modern office space in another New Jersey town.

According to a Sept. 9. online announcement , TD Bank updated its corporate address to 4140 Church Road in Mount Laurel.

The relocation marks the end of a decades-long presence at the distinctive site on Route 70 in Cherry Hill that housed both TD Bank and its predecessor, Commerce Bancorp.

The five-story Cherry Hill office space, which includes 68,520 square feet, is for sale or lease, according to an online post by Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis.

The move comes as TD Bank works to consolidate its physical footprint across South Jersey.
