A second jury was unable to decide this week whether Doris Aleman-Bonilla should be convicted of an immigration-related felony brought by the U.S. government in a Syracuse court.
Border Patrol agents arrested Aleman-Bonilla , of Honduras, in April after an Oswego County sheriff’s deputy pulled over her car near Fulton. She was driving four other people to work at an apple-packing plant. A Border Patrol agent was in the sheriff’s car.
