Insider: Don't count Michigan out of College Football Playoff race
September is over for the Michigan Wolverines as they have a Week 4 bye before taking on the Wisconsin Badgers at home on Oct. 4.
Through four games, Michigan is 3-1. After losing to a healthy John Mateer at quarterback and an Oklahoma team that was looking like a CFP (College Football Playoff) threat of their own, Michigan was able to go into Memorial Stadium and knock off a convincing Nebraska team with a final score of 30-27.
With a bye this week, a college football insider broke down the Wolverines, calling Michigan a legitimate threat for the College Football Playoff with a favorable schedule the rest of the season.
