Congress must right a past constitutional wrong

The National Federalism Commission released a report confirming that Congress should have called a Convention for Proposing Amendments focused on fiscal responsibility 46 years ago, but failed to act, resulting in a rise in federal debt from less than $1 trillion to over $37 trillion and a loss of 80 percent of the dollar's value.
