SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -Thursday evening, September 25th, the Washington Pavilion will be offering after-hours access to the Visual Arts Center with their first-ever Art After Dark.
“We’re hoping this will be a quarterly series where we open up the Visual Arts Center to the public after hours, we know our 10 to 5 hours doesn’t work for all of our working professionals here in Sioux Falls to be able to come and experience the art museum the way we want them to,” said Jana Anderson, Lead Curator of the Visual Arts Center.
The first-ever Art After Dark will be happening from 6 to 9 Thursday evening, offering curator-led tours, a hands-on collage-making activity suitable for all skill levels, and a cash bar. The event is open to all ages.
