CLEVELAND (WJW) -- The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has released the autopsy report for a Cuyahoga County jail inmate, whose death is now being investigated as a homicide.

Tasha D. Grant, 39, of Cleveland, was transferred from the jail to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment on May 2, the FOX 8 I-Team reported on Wednesday, Sept, 24.

County officials at the time said Grant was having “complications due to preexisting medical conditions that resulted in a medical emergency.”

The sheriff's 911 log show Grant had complained of chest pains.
