BALTIC, Conn. (WFSB) - A 24-year-old Baltic man has been arrested for sexual assault in the fourth degree.

According to an arrest warrant, troopers responded to a hospital emergency room in Norwich after emergency room staff reported a sexual assault.

When troopers arrived, they met with a male victim and a female witness.

The victim told police that he and the witness had spent the night drinking at 24-year-old Adam Dennison Allen’s home in Baltic.

While asleep, the victim woke up to find Allen touching him inappropriately on the outside of his sweatpants.

The victim and witness eventually went to the hospital because the witness was unsure if Allen had touched her while she was asleep as well.
