WEBB CITY, Mo. — A Wichita, Kansas, woman and her daughter are both in custody on charges related to fighting in a Webb City bar and then assaulting law enforcement officers who tried to restrain and arrest them.

Charged are Caundra M. Perkins, 38, and Ayaana Howard, 23. Each faces two charges of assaulting law enforcement officers, resisting or interfering with arrests, and escape or attempt to escape from confinement during the arrests. ×
