The maniac charged with slashing a Queens straphanger’s throat in a horrific random subway attack claimed he couldn’t remember pulling off the grisly crime, prosecutors revealed in court Thursday.

Luis Pallchisaca, 21, allegedly admitted to cops that he was the grinning fiend caught on surveillance footage of the brutal Sunday night attack — but said he wasn’t “sure” that he’d stabbed 25-year-old restaurant worker Robert Gaspar.

“Yes, that’s me [in] the picture,” Pallchisaca told police, Assistant District Attorney Samuel Pellegrino said at the accused slasher’s arraignment in Queens Criminal Court. 3
