The Helena Public Schools board canvassed election results, solidifying the passage of its two bonds, Wednesday night and offered a timeline of paperwork the district will follow moving forward.
A high school district bond worth $240 million and an elementary district bond worth $43 million officially passed following a canvassing by trustees, who unanimously approved the results.
Bonds passed unofficially, before canvassing, Sept. 9.
The two bonds would rebuild Helena High School and Kessler Elementary School, renovate Capital High School, relocate the central kitchen and Project for Alternative Learning and upgrade athletics facilities.
