A team of investigators from the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) is being deployed to Lillooet following a fatal plane crash.
The TSB is being deployed to investigate the accident, which involved a privately registered Bushmaster Super 22 aircraft in Lillooet on Wednesday, Sept. 24. This team will gather information related to the incident and assess the situation.
"We were notified yesterday at approximately 18:00 local time that a Bushmaster Super 22 aircraft had crashed near the Lillooet Airport. This morning, the TSB deployed a team of investigators to gather information about the occurrence," the TSB told Black Press Media. "Once on site, the team will examine and document the wreckage, identify components for further examination, interview witnesses and gather informati
