TAMPA, Fla. — A new affordable housing development in East Tampa is making history.

The Community Development Corporation of Tampa (CDC of Tampa) has broken ground on 18 new homes along Knoll Pine Way, including the first 3-D printed homes in the city.

Hillsborough County donated both the land and $2.4 million in funding to support the project.
