U.S. Ambassador to Canada Pete Hoekstra sat down Thursday with Calgary Herald business columnist Chris Varcoe on the sidelines of the Global Business Forum to talk about trade, tariffs and the state of relations between the two countries.

Q: You’re here in Banff for the Global Business Forum. What’s going to be the key message you’re hoping to deliver?
