INDIANAPOLIS — Three people were wounded in a shooting on the east side of Indianapolis late Thursday.

The shooting happened shortly after 11:30 p.m. in the 1900 block of East Minnesota Street, between State and Keystone avenues. IMPD officers arrived at the scene and found two people who had been shot.

A third victim was taken to Eskenazi Hospital in a private vehicle, police said. Police described the condition of all three victims, all of whom are adults, as "stable" early Friday.

There is no information about a possible suspect or motive, but police said the incident happened inside a residence and there is no threat to the community.
