In a shocking incident, a video circulating on social media shows a woman being dragged, struck, and brutally kicked by a man in public. This incident took place in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The woman was assaulted over allegations that she had stolen sarees worth Rs 90,000 from the shop. The man, who is the shopkeeper, along with his assistant, has been arrested by Bengaluru police.

According to police, a woman named Humpamma visited a shop on Bengaluru’s Avenue Road and stole a bundle of sarees, escaping after the theft. The entire act was captured on the shop’s CCTV. Later, she returned to steal more sarees, but the shopkeeper recognized her and caught her in the act.
